RETURN POLICY
- Japan Helmet Store 7days after your receipt return policy is our way to give you ample of time to consider your purchase. Our return policy is simple. If you find that your purchase does not meet or exceed your expectations, we will be happy to provide you with a full credit or exchange on any product (custom orders excluded) within 7days after your receipt, provided that your return meets the criteria listed in our Conditions of Return. To Return a Product - Contact our customer service representative at service@j-helmet.com to obtain a Return Authorization number. - Securely package your return along with all packing material, manuals. - For your security, please return your item with an insured carrier and retain a receipt for your records. Japan Helmet Store cannot refund or credit your account if returns are lost or damaged. - Your Refund Once the package has been received and accepted (see Conditions of Return), we will refund your account in 5-7 days. Japan Helmet Store does not reimburse return shipping. Refunds will be made in the same mode of payment received. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from all return credits.
