- Items must be returned in the same new condition (with manual, any parts, any film bags intact), along with any accompanying paperwork. The return must be received within 7days after your receipt. Items returned after 8days your receipt will not be accepted for refund, exchange or repair.

- Returns displaying signs of wear, alteration such as sizing or damaged merchandise will not be accepted for return.

- Custom orders requiring special sizes cannot be accepted for return (refund, exchange or repair).

- Poorly packaged or uninsured items will not be accepted for return.

- Products must be double-boxed for shipping.

- Customer is responsible for paying for shipping on any return or exchange regardless of the reason for the return or exchange.

- Removal of shield film invalidates the privileges expressed in our Return & Exchange policy.

- If you cut the polyester line for fixing the manual or the grease, we can not accept your return.
